Returns & Refund Policy
At The Signature Touch Hair Vault, we are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and quality standards. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order status changes from Processing to Shipped.
Once an order has been marked as Shipped, a shipping label has been created, or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Returns
For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on hair extensions, wigs, beauty products, perfumes, or accessories.
All sales are final once an order has shipped.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for orders canceled before the order status changes to Shipped.
Once an order has shipped, no refunds will be issued for:

Failure to read product descriptions

Delayed deliveries caused by the shipping carrier

Refused or unclaimed packages
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the item received

Photos of the packaging, if applicable
After review, eligible claims may qualify for a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
The Signature Touch Hair Vault is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by USPS or another shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
Chargebacks
By placing an order with The Signature Touch Hair Vault, you agree to contact us first regarding any order concerns. Filing a chargeback for an order that has been properly processed and delivered in accordance with our policies may result in a lawsuit and future purchasing restrictions.
