At The Signature Touch Hair Vault, each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive the quality and experience you deserve.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit times.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 3 business days after shipment; however, delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Signature Confirmation

For the security of your order, select shipments may require a signature upon delivery. If signature confirmation is required, someone must be available to accept the package at the delivery address.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Signature Touch Hair Vault is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, shipping transit and delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. The Signature Touch Hair Vault is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages in transit.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number for assistance.
